The exhibit is in average condition for the amount of times it has been used. It is not assembled and the contents are stored in containers. The dimensions vary based on how the exhibit is assembled, however the exhibit has a maximum of 1600 square feet. Make a lasting impression at your next expo with this impressive all-white 30' x 40' tradeshow booth. This high quality custom laminate display was built by the Godfrey Group in 2008 for an original cost of $22,000. The booth was used only once for a three day bicycle trade convention.
Highest point in the booth is 16'. This towering centerpiece fixture has a spot for your backlit company logo (secures with velcro). Semi-circular central counter features locking cabinets, sturdy sectional laminate top. Slatwall extends up to 92" on back side of tower for display of products. Cable routing and rack on the front of the display allow for mounting of large video monitor (we used a 37-inch Mitsubitshi Flat Panel)
Six freestanding double-sided product displays are 8' high by nearly 4' wide, with white powdercoated frames, pegboard and integrated lighting.
Two large 11' high kiosks have built-in counters, space for large (7'x 5') graphic panels, integrated spot lighting and even more slatwall for display of products.
Displays are in great condition, used only once in Las Vegas. There are some small chips in the laminate here and there, but these can also easily be touched up with white paint. Carpeting, products, and our brand specific graphics are not included.
Displays come safely packed unassembled in 4 large custom shipping crates, that were supplied with the booth by the Godfrey Group. Total shipping weight is roughly 8,000 lb.

• Trade Show Booth a 20’ x 40’ space allows for more reception area, or additional product displays, and/or chairs, tables and the like. The booth was designed to allow for a large amount of display space with maximum walk-through. Also, booth can be reconfigured in different dimensions (i.e. 20’ x 20’ or 20’ x 30’).
• Side wall consists of X solid panels and interchangeable window panel that can be used on either side depending on booth location during event. There are two entrances centered on each of the long sides of the booth. The closing doors are fabric which can be custom made with your company logo and are locking for securing at night.
• Exterior walls can be label with your logo and also are equipped to handle banners, etc. for additional marketing. Above each entrance is a backlit sign band for additional advertising. *Booth is Excellent at standing out against the rest with all the marketing space available.
• Metal Trusses span width of booth and attach to the sign bands. Red Triangle sits on top of metal trusses to hold other marketing material.
• Interior has 26 shelving sections with 6 glass shelves for each section for displaying a lot of product. 156 total glass shelves.
• 78 track lights (clip-on light fixtures) that attach above each of the shelving sections, 3 for each panel. The lights are adjustable and can be pointed in different directions to illuminate your product.
• There are two triangle floor display units purple and green with storage areas in each with locking door. Booth also comes with round Model/Speaker platform that sits in the center of the booth.
• Four white round tables with four cloth chairs per table.
• Great layout for seating and meeting with clients / customers.
• 13 custom built plywood storage crates included that house the entire booth. There is extra storage space in the crates for graphics panels, signage, and other items.

1. The booth is located in Maryville, TN 37801. (right outside of Knoxville, TN)
2. There are 10 total crates- about 700 lbs per piece. Photos are available of the shipping crates
3. The booth is in fairly good condition. It has traveled to about 4-6 shows, but normal wear and tear. There might be a few minor scrapes, but a little minor touch up will do the trick. The plexi glass was just replaced on the front and back of the booth about 2-3 years ago. I don’t have a photo of the back of the booth, but the back of the booth has a door with 4 more duratrans and storage behind the booth. We have not used the rotating tubes in about 5-6 years. The letters on the tubes and the booth can all be easily removed (and some of them are missing letters). (photos are available of tubes)
4. I am working on the final booth included list, but this is what I have for you so far:
a. Full structure of the booth with-
i. 8 total duratran slots (old graphics are not included)
ii. 2 front counters with storage underneath and locking cabinets.
iii. The sign above the TV (the tv is not included)
iv. 2 tables and stands on the floor (the chairs are not included)
v. 3 rotating tubes (the life size product in the tubes is not available)
vi. The carpet in the photo is a rental.
vii. I am checking on the top hanging sign, but I believe we still have that as well. The warehouse is opening the crates and is double checking.
Due to our limited warehouse space, we would like to get the booth out of the warehouse as soon as possible. We would ask that you pay the shipping charges and the booth is sold as is.
